Student Success Academy reserves the right to cancel a program up to 24 hours before the start date. In such cases, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
Parents may cancel their registration up to 24 hours before the start date. Please email Sarah at info@sarahzeilstra.com
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 24 hours before the program begins.

While unlikely, I understand that participation in any group program involves classroom activities that may carry risks of injury or property damage. While Student Success Academy takes extra precaution to ensure classroom safety, I acknowledge and accept these inherent risks on behalf of me and my child.

If you happen to miss a session, you will have the program workbook that covers the key components you can complete from home and stay up to date.
Due ot the nature of the group program schedule and facility bookings, we are unable ot accommodate make-up sessions for individual familes. We do not offer refunds for missed sessions.
